My lives aren’t regenerating. Lives regenerate one every 30 minutes, up to a max of 5. If they seem stuck, force-quit the app and reopen it — the regeneration timer is checked when the app foregrounds.
I lost my progress. Progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will erase progress. We do not currently sync progress to the cloud.
My subscription / lives purchase didn’t unlock. Open the in-app Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. If it still doesn’t unlock, contact us with your purchase receipt (Apple email confirmation).
I want a refund. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
A level seems impossible. It probably isn’t — every level is solvable. But if you find one that genuinely has no valid equation, please report it (level number + tier).
