Privacy Policy — NumRush

NumRush (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is a casual math puzzle game developed and operated by StudiosKMT (“the developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

By installing or using NumRush you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data the app stores on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device (via AsyncStorage). It never leaves your device unless you trigger a feature that explicitly requires it (e.g. an in-app purchase).

• Current level progress and star rating per level
• Remaining lives and last regeneration timestamp
• Onboarding completion flag
• Language preference
• Premium entitlement cache (synced from RevenueCat)

You can erase all of this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in your device settings.

2. Data collected by third-party services

NumRush integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

2.1 RevenueCat (in-app purchases & subscriptions)

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and manage premium subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts, and the product identifiers you buy.

2.2 Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing)

Payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). The developer never receives your payment information.

2.3 AppLovin MAX (advertising mediation — non-premium users only)

If you have not purchased a premium subscription, the app shows ads via AppLovin MAX. AppLovin and its mediation partners may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Android Advertising ID), coarse location, device model, OS version, and ad interaction events to serve and measure ads.

On iOS, ads are only personalized if you grant tracking permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but not personalized.

2.4 Expo / Apple Push Notification Service

Local notifications (life regeneration, inactivity reminders) run entirely on your device via expo-notifications. No server-side push is used. No notification content is uploaded.

You may revoke any optional permission at any time in your device settings.

4. Children’s privacy

NumRush does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). The app is rated for general audiences and does not require account creation.

5. Data we do NOT collect

• Real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
• Precise GPS location
• Health, financial, or biometric data
• Browsing history outside the app

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any data associated with your anonymous user ID
• Request deletion of your purchase history (handled via RevenueCat)
• Opt out of personalized advertising (decline ATT on iOS, or opt out via your device’s ad settings)

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as features evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
